Construction Update #214

We started today’s site visits at a thoroughbred training center, where our latest jobs are 2 new construction barns, and one spa renovation.

We see the stalls are formed.

The concrete pad for the base of the shavings/manure bin is ready for walls.

These will be tack, feed, and hay storage areas.

Foundation is in, and ready for the final stages of prep before mats.

Next we took our first look at the equine spa renovation. The customer told us he wanted a simple, yet great looking update, and we started planning.

The other new barn construction is moving along nicely.

We left this thoroughbred farm to check on the progress of a special project renovation in a guest house on a hobby farm in west Ocala.

This concrete pad was creating a water flow and flooding problem. We formulated a solution, and are just waiting for the rain to hold off a few days so we can get started.

Speaking of rain…. We are have been unable to get started on this 32,000 feet of fencing!

Last (but certainly not least) is this hobby farm turned educational facility we built a few years ago. The new owner called wanting some updates and renovations.

We took the opportunity to take some pictures!

We helped design and build everything from the fence to the roads to the buildings!
